The Round Up Saloon is great place to work. Our employees tend to be long term and comfortable in their success working at the Round Up. We have very little turnover in bartenders, but are always interested in applicants who are willing to work, have positive attitudes, get along well with people, and want to make the Round Up the most friendly and entertaining club on The Strip. Our full time employees attend Monday cleanup and employee meetings. We decorate for major holidays during these paid cleanup/work sessions. We bring in training seminars on various products, TABC and other classes in working in the nightclub industry. Part time employees are also encouraged to attend these Monday sessions if they are not working another day time job.  We are a family of individuals who are proud of our business, and have worked hard to maintain a reputation for a clean, organized, efficient business that obeys the law, cares about our customers, and works to keep them coming back to the Round Up! We have a well earned reputation around the world as a friendly and fun bar to visit and dance. We are constantly looking for ways to improve our business, improve our facility, and employee roster.
